Cap Cépet Lighthouse

The lighthouse is located on a military property and was built in 1855 like many others destroyed during the war in 1944. They rebuilt the lighthouse in the same place. However, in 1992 they demolished it and rebuilt a square tower 155 meters away. The old lantern of the lighthouse was put in the museum of navigation in Toulon.

They discontinued the light in 1968 and destroyed the lighthouse in 2000. After renewing the harbor in 1999 they built 2 identical lighthouses, which were in use in 2001.
